New Breakfast/Snack Recipe: Power Punch. Try it!

    I now understand how food creations are usually created on the spot. After my run one morning, I made my usual oatmeal w/ fruit, eggs and yogurt for breakfast. For some reason, I had this random idea to mix my oatmeal, yogurt, and fruit all together. For a little extra boost, honey and brown sugar as well. This mixture is such a great power snack. I call it the Power Punch. Please try it and tell me if you like it or not.

    Ingredients:
    Quaker Oats All Natural Oatmeal
    Dannon Light & Fit yogurt
    Frozen fruit (your preference, but I used strawberries and blueberries)
    Brown Sugar 2 tsp.
    Honey (few drizzles)

    Mix it all up in a bowl and indulge away!


    If you have any other suggestions, feel free to add/drop to the mixture and let me know. Enjoy guys!

    I've been doing a version of this for years!! except I use granola instead of oatmeal!! SOOOOO YUMMY!!!

    Yes, 100% raw and all natural oatmeal. Boil, mix, and enjoy! The recipe is great. Please try it!!

    & Arfurnas, I wil try granola as well. That sounds tasty, too!
