    Hey.

Sorry I don't have any before/after pics, but I can tell you that it seriously does work. Lots of lean muscle gained.

Yeah, I haven't got any before/after pics either but I have just completed the program and have definitely noticed the difference!

The program is put together really well and the change of workout every couple of weeks kept me interested.

I'm looking at going through the whole thing again!

It's cool to hear that it works. I just started it this week. Maybe I'll take a photo for the before/after thing.

i'm doing it right now though i use it more so as a guideline than sticking to it 'cos i'm getting back into working out again and trying to get into a routine but more focused on my waistline. it's a really good program and i can see it's definitely is working for me already.

I went through the whole thing, weighed exactly the same at the end as at the start, though I may have become a bit more defined. I think I gained some strength, particularly in stabilizing muscles. Most notably, I confirmed that my shoulders are the weakest part of me relative to everything else, and I've therefore been doing more work on them since then. I will say, some of those exercises are a *lot* harder than they look.

It's pretty simple. Pick whatever day of the week to start on that you want, and simply follow the program day after day there on. It's easiest to start it on a Monday, since it's easier to workout during the week for most people than on the weekend. It has each day set out for you already.
