...hot or not? does it seem like a lot of gay guys have them? i'm wondering because I met a guy with a mohawk last night, but not sure if it was a good look on him...

A couple guys at the gym have them. They don't do much for me.. I suppose with the right look it could be cool.

it's funny that you posted this.

I'm currently having a thing for guys with mohawks...I just don't get where it came from, but all of a sudden they completely turn me on.

like skinny jeans and many other 'looks,' i think it takes a certain kinda person to pull it off. i personally haven' seen many attractive mohawks, but i've gotta admit to admiring one from afar at the movies a while back- he had the perfect thick hair for it and it was healthy looking and a great length- it made him look better, not worse.

I would say like everything else with fashion it really depends on the person and how they carry themselves.

For some it's a hot hit while for others it's a cold miss. Everything isn't for everyone.

i think a rule of thumb, aside from having to have the right personality, style, and head shape to rock it- one must have thick healthy hair. generally, anyone i've seen whose buzzed hair reveals their scalp (myself included) can NOT rock a mohawk, as the result will be thin and oily looking.

Like all hair styles, not everyone can pull them off (even some that think they can). I haven't seen alot of mohawks lately. But I have seen great many faux hawks though....
