What's your Vanity Routines?

    I guess this is really a two part question. What's the one lift you do at the gym which makes you go HELL YAH either because you know you look good while your doing it or you can feel it like crazy?

    (Mine is double cable pull curls, they make my arms look huge!)

    The other question is whats the routine you do when you want that extra pump before going out? It could be those 50 pushups you do before putting on your shirt or a quick forearm routine to make your arms popeye like crazy.

    Tricep pushdowns always gets the boys goin'. Never tried going for an extra pump before going out.

    Pull-ups always work...they pump your biceps, forearms, shoulders

    Push-ups...

    Barbell or dumbbell curls

    Anything shoulders. They plump up without even trying and take the slack out of my shirt.

    i do 't have big muscles but i'm quite cut.
    So anything involving the deltoids makes all the little muscles stick out like a bunch of wires.

    The lat pulldown with two hooks where you can attach a hand grip to each hook, rather than the usual lat pulldown with one bar.

    I cross my hands and grab each handle with the opposite hand, making an "X". The cables are then crossed as you move up and down.

    Guys often ask me to show them how to do it.

    And for that extra pump before I go out, I like to a full body exercise, like squats......but also using a cable pull intead of a weight rack.
