If you are looking for Protein after your workout - then go with Isopure. Actually, I would go with Isopure overall...judging just a few lines of the nutritional facts...the Nitrotech looks kinda junky. Thats just me though.

I guess I'm old-fashioned, but I say good nutrition plus a multivitamin are all most people need.

I've not used Isopure, but I do use and like NitroTech. I use about 7 different dietary supplement protein mixes and mix and match them depending on what workout I've done, I'm going to do, and what I've had to eat already. so I would see no problem taking both, but I'm not a nutritionist.

well i started an 1800 calorie diet about a week ago

breakfast for me is always like oatmeal with bananas and strawberrys then a fresh fruit salad

snack is usually a clif bar

for lunch its usually a salad with either turkey or chicken and maybe a soup.

for my snack its sun chips

dinner is usually chicken, turkey or fish. ALWAYS broccoli..... sometimes spinach.....sometimes mashed potatoes...(all the stuff organic)

plus i use freshdirect( healthy food store here in nyc) and i get their 4minute meals which is less then 500 calories and never more then 15g of fat.

drinks are usually water 70% of the time , vitamin water 10% of the time and 10% of the time green tea

    i hope thats good?
