Has anyone worked with it? I was told that I need to learn the program while I am looking for a graphic design job.

I am have been working on some Youtubevideos with it. Learning it certainly comes in handy since it is not just a great Videoediting tool, the videosequences and animations you create can easily be used for a Flash Website and other stuff.

Learning how to use it is pretty confusing in the beggining, but once you have the hang of it, it can help a lot to give some goodlooking, fluid animation to your projects.

yeah I use it, don't know it as well as photoshop or flash, however, there is a HUGE amount of resources available online to help you learn the basics and once you have those your pretty much set it's just a steep learning curve to get the basics.

I am still learning on the effects, but here are some examples:

A Christmascard I made last year: (Had a better musicclip on it, but youtube removed it.)

This was inspired by The Nightmare on Elm Street movies: (I am no actor, was just fun messing around with)

And my first vid, A Ghost Mirror Clip:

At the moment I am working on a Talking Animal video, but I am still in the process of learning the effect. You can check out my Channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/maximumrisk2004?feature=mhw5

Maybe I will have it up by the end of next week.
