Having recently turned 29, and having seen the difficulties that come from trying to follow specific 12-week plans when you can always give some reason why a particular week isn't good, I've launched a new project: Mike v 3.0. In it, I'm hoping to get myself into the best shape I can possibly be by the age of 30, which is a year from now (or, really, a year from last week). Since I tend to go long when I'm writing, I've set it up as a blog, which I'm linking to here. Any and all comments, either over there, on this thread, or on my profile are welcome and appreciated.
