    I'm not upset, though, because I followed program to the letter. And I realized that the whole binge/starve cycle is just not worth the aggravation.

    I don't think you should say, "I only lost one pound this week." I think you should say, " I lost a pound this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1icon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gificon_biggrin.gif and I'm proud of myself."
