Well I've been discouraged lately, I've lost a lot of weight but now I have the extra skin problem. I was looking at my body and it looks great but then there is the hanging skin. I was talking to my mom about getting a tummy tuck and today I decided to research it and icon_eek.gif I'm not going to get that done. All the pics I looked at which I'm sure were the best ones everyone had this hideous scar across their stomach; I do not want that at all it's ugly. My body looks kind of normal when I'm naked but when I put on undies and then put on pants and a belt I have muffin top and that is not cute at all.icon_redface.gif. I can tell people stare at me, I look odd and even though I lost a lot of weight I still feel like I'm fat. Esp. today at the gym this guy kept looking at me and I just went about my business but I started to get a bit irritated after a bit. Can someone give me some pointers besides cardio that will help me burn more fat and help me tighten my skin. Thanks guys icon_redface.gif

*I eat super healthy so it's not what I'm eating*

Are you taking and omega fatty acid supplements? Your skin will bounce back some and they can help. It also helps to drink a of water and keep your skin moisturized.

it's going to depend on how much extra skin you have. timberoo's suggestions will help, but it will be gradual, and will help only to a certain extent. there aren't other options to the tummy tuck you mentioned??

True along with added Q-10 and look for the Nivea skin care lines....

They have many great skin firming products and this is a good one

Vitamin E oil from trader Joe's along with a mix of Jojoba oils that you can get there will rebuild your collagen. You can fix it easily!!]

Swim in this stuff daily for a year and you will be fixed up for sure...swim I mean put it on generously!!

Hey. To be quite honest, I would start working out more...and I mean cardio a long with lifting because that firms up your skin...I was a little chubby when I was in my early teens and then I lost weight and I basically started working out and now I have never looked better!

Oh and if I lived in Beverly Hills like you do I would not only feel super fat I would feel super ...bla bla...everyone is SUPER plastic there...LOL

I know I go there often

Don't for get. You need to replace fat loss with muscle gain. You need good nutrition and so lettuce is not enough. A boy your size needs at least 150-200 grams of quality protein a day while making the shift towards a lean sleek body!!

Best of all, make sure you keep getting yourself to the gym. Don't over do it. It takes A LONG LONG time, but it will happen. I don't have the 100% body that oh so many people here have, but I am working on it. Do the same thing!
