After browsing many topic in this forum, there isn't any topic specifically discuss about chinese guys in the eye of other races. I myself was a chinese but personally i'm more turn on by white or european guys than others races that i've encounter (not to say i'm not turn on by other races but the frequency was just not comparable). By saying that i just want to know how attractive are we in the eye of others. Do we stand a chance if we were to look for white or european guys for short term or even long term relationship? Personally i don't think we are quite wanted.

There's two topics on the attraction to Asian guys but I think your topics too specific. It's like saying who do prefer, a Englishman or an Irishman. A lot of people won't know the specific characteristics of the two.
I think the question more relevant is why does it matter to you how other races see you?

*SIGH* As long as you equate your self-worth by the desires of other men you will fail. Be proud of the life you were given and someone worthy will come to know and appreciate the gift we call life that you embody.

I don't care where people are from. I only care where they're going...and I would prefer that to be my place (if they're hot). icon_biggrin.gif

I appreciate the question, placed in an international forum ... and presumably looking for some feedback and reassurance .... here's my perpsective/thoughts ... as in my earlier years I had the same thoughts but back the other way ... icon_smile.gif
I am a caucasian born in UK, and grew-up in Australia.
For all sorts of reasons, I find intelligent and cultured Chinese men probably the sexiest men on the planet ... always have. It's that sensuous velvety smooth skin ... and the refined sensitivity I have regularly encountered ... through a kinship with ancient chinese philosophy, music, art, science or mathematics ... there is something that connects me with asian men ... something that I have found hard to find in the same measure with "western anglo-saxons" ... but it is still very individual... something that goes beyond any national boundary ... rest assured that there are many western men who find Asian men very attractive.

    That statement is completely UN-true!!!!!!

"Hot" is strictly in the eye of the of beholder.
What you perceive as attractive (to YOU) is affected by your "preferences" and prejudices established over your lifetime.

So what you are saying "hot is hot" is NOT hot to everyone.

BULL! maybe on this site hot refers to muscle.
Handsome, Cute, Attractive are ONLY what the person saying it is into.
Many of us seek other qualities.

"Hot" is subjective, and defined differently by different people.

Maybe he is just curious about his chances of finding love in a predominantly non-asian country or area. The question is useful from a purely practical point of view.

    Quoted for truth.

Can we please stop these recurrent "asian" threads?

Here is one Caucasian man who has dated men of all ages, races and ethnic groups since I came out at 22.

Asians have always been at the top of my list for many reasons and still are.
Chinese guys are individuals like any other group so I take each he is.

1/2 Chinese and 1/2 Puerto Rican here. I've never had any problem getting laid or having relationships with guys of any race, age, religion, nationality, etc.

The only guys I've had problems with are problem guys.

In understand that people have their personal preferences, i know I do, but its wrong to generalize an entire population of people based on a few that you don't like. I have seen some very ugly chinese guys, but also some extremely hot guys. I'll never say that "im not into chinese men" just because of a few.

That said, I think all asian men are hot ;)

Holy fuck dude, you've been busy!!!!!!

It's funny. I was chatting with this guy online and we got along great. We decided to meet up and I suggested that he should see my pic, to make sure everything is cool. Well, we went on facebook and yeah, he made a comment like "you're Asian? Your body didn't look Asian."

And then it went all weird as he said he wasn't into Asians sexually, but we could perhaps hang out.

    Ouch and yeah right!

I didn't know how to take that as I wasn't looking for sex per se. Just hang out, carry on our conversation in real life and see where it goes from there.

With that in mind, I was thinking I shouldn't feel weird about it, but I couldn't help it and the conversation completely changed from long sentences and quick responses to a couple of words and long lag time.

I then thought about myself and I sort of do go for one particular race. But, that doesn't stop me from meeting up and sometimes hooking up with guys who I don't go usually go for. As other guys have posted here, if someone is hot, they're hot. But some are just too wrapped up in this whole race thing to see that.

Or perhaps I just wasn't "hot" to him.

    Meh, whatever!

i wish i had lots of caucasian EUROPEAN friends. They are very friendly, nice and cool and we can talk in simple english. That is easy to communicate with them.

I have english/american/australian friends. I found it very hard to communicate with each other cos we both can speak english but don't understand each other.

I was disappointed that most young causcasian don't find asian attractive but old caucasian are.
