See the Diego Rivera museum and Museo del Palacio de Bellas Artes. Cool places. Try to get to Coyoacan, too. It is a cool, bohemian place.

Eat at the San Angel Inn. It was one of the best meals I've ever had. Right next to the Diego Rivera/Frida Kahlo Museum.

    -Chapultepec castle

-Xochimilco was pretty fun also. it's 17 miles from the center of mexico city.

    -Museo Nacional de Antropologia

-Mexico City Metropolitan Cathedral. There is also the very big one,but I can't remember the name of it (photo below)

newest church in that area Pictures, Images and Photos

-You should also take a tour on the double Decker buses. You get to see the city more,it's pretty cool.

Try to not look too much like a tourist or lost. And watch out it's not that safe out there they prey on tourists.
Trust me I have parents and relatives who wither live or have visited there.

    Ditto!

I heard it has gotten worse since I've been out there.
