What do some of you ripped guys do or take for such a hunky body? I decided to start enhancing my workouts with supplements. I am 6'-1", about 175 # and a vegetarian. Today I purchased creatine monohydrate powder and L-Glutamine powder to take before and after my workouts. I also picked up Artgininje AKG Powder to use before work outs. Will these help me get a fuller, cut, sexier body?

Also I am confused as to what type of protein I should get. I'd like to add on a good ten pounds of lean muscle but I want to minimize gaining size at my waist. Should I use regular whey protein, ... or protein for fast gains, or something else? I'm a bit confused. Guys...?
