The proof of the pudding is in the tasting. In your case, pizza

It's not that much better. They only changed the crust and the sauce. The crust is a little drier and chewier now. And the sauce seems a little saltier.

Papa John's will destroy it. Nothing beats their dipping sauce. Nothing.

It is better tasting, but that doesn't say a lot.

The crust is UBER greasy. The garlic baste they place on top just seeps through and soaks the box.

The sauce is ok. Overall it is an attempt in flavor overload but it didn't really work. I will still go with Papa John's over Dominos.

oh and while i did overall enjoy domino's new pizza... it was horrible after being reheated. May not be an issue for some people, but the only thing i like more than pizza is re-heated pizza lol

I have yet to find a really good pizza in this town. Very disappointing, there is one good one but good isn't good enough. Every town has to have a place that has a fantastic pizza.
The worst of the "fast food" pizzas though is Little Caesars imho, especially there $5 hot'n ready's.. which never seem to be ready whenever I've gone for one.

I haven't tried a Dominos in a long long time but since a few of you are saying it's somewhat improved then I'll bite. Any improvement has to be better.

Last I knew Dominos didn't use "real" cheese. But then they could have changed or I could be wrong!icon_smile.gif

It's actually surprisingly good. I'm more of a pizzeria kind of guy but at times I'll feel like ordering from pizza hut or dominos. So I tried it and it was actually good.

But still doesn't beat Blondie's Pizza.

i'll stay faithful to the local joint down the street, especially when they let us in after the bars get out and give us whatever pizza they have lying around for free.

I think it's much better. In fact, on my lunch breaks at Jamba we've been trading smoothies for pizzas. Makes it taste even better. haha

Not sure if its a local promo or not, Domino's has been having $5 medium pizza. locally When they are hot they seem to taste good, but then I look at the oil on the surface and can feel my veins coating inside. OK for a once in a while bite, but a regular diet would kill you.

We've got numerous pizza joints here in town just that none of them make a fantastic pizza.. Years ago there was one but change of ownership and now they're inedible. I can't understand how they even manage to stay in business, frozen is better.

We use to have pizza hut here until about 2005, but have never tried the other ones mentioned. When I visited the states I like the pizza at California Pizza Kitchen and another from a dive bar called Magoo's in Hawaii.

Locally though we have lots of good fresh pizza options, but the toppings are more limited than in the states! icon_neutral.gificon_neutral.gif
