Food i am eating..

    well guys, i gained some weight the last days of the work so iv started to workout again(i actually stopped my workout the last days).

    Morning- two brownbread pieces +green tea/i dont have time to eat boiled egg

    Lunch-Apple+banana+ twon pieces of toast/ i dunno what add more for eating

    Dinner-Soup sometime+ one apple+salad/sometimes i dont eat my dinner i just drink one bottle of water.

    i just need some help of food what i can add...

    you seem so profoundly ignorant that it´s hard to know where to start. You need to do some research on food groups and macro nutrients. Your current diet will make you ill.

    Well a couple of points. We have no idea what exercises or for that matter, what lifestyle you place yourself into... how active are you? What sort of workout do you do? Where do you want to go? How much are you overweight? What did you eat before?

    Based on that, we can give you some advice. You need to radically change what you eat.. and MAKE the time. Losing weight doesn't mean starving yourself of the
    building blocks... it means thinking about what and how you eat.

    For us to give you credible input, we need more to go on.

    Study everything you can about food, and how it effects your performance. Your diet is TERRIBLE, and so far off this really isn't the place to try to educate you. You need to take that upon yourself.

    I can't figure out if you're trying to gain weight or lose weight? Obviously though you are going to lose weight eating what little you are.

    2nd thought.. if you don't have time to eat an egg for breakfast and you're trying to gain weight,,, give up now because your mind isn't in it.. You should probably be eating at least 3 eggs.
