    Okay rowers, tell me, what do you like most about rowing? Also, what would you say is a good workout for beginning, intermediate, and advanced rowers? Feel free to define these as you wish. I try to keep my pace at -3 min/500m and am just beginning.

    I loved what it did for my upper body (just kidding). Really, I loved the camraderie and teamwork that I got from doing it. Plus, when you're up at 5am to get this activity in, by the time you get to work later, you walk in feeling very much on top of the world...
