I know the gym is about getting fit and not looking hot, but I'm still curious in what clothes everyone likes to workout? Underarmor? Tanks? Slashed up old "Ace of Base" tee shirts? How about under your shorts? Jocks? Compression shorts? Your favorite Incredible Hunk tighty whitey?

that's blasphemy shredding an ace of base shirt! icon_mad.gif

i usually wear a baggy t-shirt or wife beater and drawstring shorts and whatever underwear i've got on at the time. i hate being constricted by clothing when working out, the looser the better and not out there to impress anyone, save that for the change room lol kidding

Workout wear. Usually Nike DryFit. Anything that wicks away the sweat, but as my bf can attest I have a weakness for anything Livestrong or with some kinda running logo/slogan/verbage across the front.

I wear my black sweats, they have a bootleg-type look to it. Very sexy! They accentuate my long legs and my ass, haha. Then I wear my tight dark blue university t-shirt. I do usually wear this, I wash 'em everyday. Sometimes I wear shorts. I do try to look good out there for myself! I'm oblivious to my surroundings while working out. I also wear my Under Armour cap to keep the sweat in, I love it.

The oldest stuff I own, and whatever is on the top of the pile. I mostly train outdoors, so what I wear is usually dictated by the weather. In Seattle in the winter that includes a polyprop top, a hoodie and a rain coat. In the summer, at my ranch, as little as I can get away with!

I belong to 2 gyms. One's mostly straight, the other about 1/2 gay. You wouldn't think so but the straight club is where everybody wears the latest Underarmor color-coordinated to match their gym shoes. At the more gay club people wear absolutely anything from old Ts to compression shirts.

When I pack my gym bag in the morning I have to pre-determine which one I'm going to.

have a whole wardbrobe of stuff I wear to the gym but not much of it is expensive stuff. I just use some old t shirts, alot of cut sleeveless t shirts, and a ton of mesh shorts. In the summer when Im more ripped and tan I will throw on the wifebeater.

I never can understand how at least half the gym does not work out in shorts...how can you not especially in the summer. Are their legs that bad or are they just that poor that they cant afford a few pair of shorts

Forget the stuff over them.... While talking Ace of Base, go back to that time and just go uncovered over spandex!!! icon_smile.gif

Nike and Lululemon, they make great wicking material. I sweat a lot when on the treadmill. Those old t-shirts just way you down and make you feel nasty.

I always wear gym pants instead of shorts. I just like wearing them. I wasn't aware that there were rules now on what to wear at a gym as well.

Funny, I was just doing laundry and thinking, "I need to go buy about five more pairs of shorts, eight more pairs of socks, a couple more tshirts and a bunch more underwear to work out in. Going to the gym (or doing something else active) six days a week is really making me tired of having to wash my meager collection of workout stuff every three days".

Usually, I'm completely decked out in Under Armour. They keep me the driest when I'm sweating profusely.

I'm not wearing my 80's band t shirts for working out. Those are packed away for a future use I haven't figured out yet or at least until the Hoarders tv show comes to my rescue.

I just wear cotton shorts and a tank or tee. I'm not like most other white people that have a different outfit for every activity, exercise, or sport. Why would someone have different outfits for yoga than they do for pilates? Only white people would do something like that.
