I don't feel bloated but I do feel rendered totally useless right now.
I had a deep tissue massage that was so unbelievable that I woke up mute... there's ex boyfriends who prayed for this day... don't tell them.

i posted a link in the commercials thread to a cracked.com article about advertising gimmicks that advertisers foist on people. one of them had to do specifically with ativia yogurt. it's as though a) only women eat yogurt, and b) without those bio-cultures, women would never ever take a dump again.

notice, there are no men in this commercial eating yogurt. notice the happy-go-lucky-i-just-took-a-dump look on the yogurt eaters vis-a-vis the bloated, constipated, and irregular non-yogurt eaters.

that's why i eat greek yogurt.

No, he can't eat those, he's he's allergic to the gluten protein and whats with this normal people?? he can eat candy as long as it doesn't have gluten protein in it.

Although I will admit, gluten free cakes and cookies are just.. weird.. that after taste..

I've definitely tried amaranth and quinoa, and they taste great. Plus quinoa has much more complete protein than wheat.

Also, for the poster who mocked our dietary restriction, gluten has been tied to that stubborn little bit of abdomen fat that most people can't get rid of, and systemic inflammation that leads to premature aging. So I'm really broken up about not being "normal".

quinoa has is the best source of protein from a grain.......way better than wheat. but the research theyve been doing goes more than just using it to supplement celiac ppl diet. they are now making flours and other quinoa based stuff so that celiacs can eat the stuff normal ppl eat......i guess i aint normal either cuz i aint no celiac but i dont eat simple carbs either...icon_twisted.gif

and yeah the mocker ...that was meicon_twisted.gif
