A new term that seems to be hitting the gay community is full force is Manscaping. In fact, my friend - Rich moved to West Hollywood and one of the first things he did was find a man to get rid of his hair everyone. Now that even includes his butt.

Is that going too far or is it ok to go hair natural?

i shave my legs (cyclist me). i really dig the way the wind feels on smooth skin, almost erotic. this has been bashed about on another thread, i'm amazed at the bad vibes conveyed by some of the posts. good grief guys, they're my legs, not your legs, if you don't like 'em, fine!

here's more fodder for the fire: i also shave my balls. i like things smooth & cool, and the reviews from those who've been there are favorable... again, they're mine, not yours, i'm not telling you to do the same.

now the meat: i DON'T shave my blond pubes, or much of anything else above the mouth or below the chin. hair is a wonderful part of the male condition. total shave job = yuck (as far as i'm concerned) that said, let's be a little more accepting of our respective differences in taste!

I have to admit, I prefer a guy to be either fairly natural or totally smooth. I don't like stubble or the overly trimmed look.

I have to admit I like the natural look, men do have hair. It's there for a purpose.....so you can run your fingers through it.

    Who fucking cares?

Either ya like it, or don't.

Get a backbone and stand on your fucking own.

    Jeeze.

You'd think you were a bunch of religion folks without a mind of your own. STOP THE NONSENSE.

I manscape but I dont shave. I just use the clippers to keep certain areas under control. I like a man to look like a man...but not necessarily an ape. icon_wink.gif

i think the hairless look has been fading out since its height in the late '90's.
i absolutely hate when a guy over trims! now if you have back hair, please get rid of it. but, chest hair is awesome, and who doesnt love a nice furry ass in their face??? lol ;)
now its not a big deal if the guy is naturally hairless, but if you got it flaunt it lol. i want a MAN not a 14 yr old boy. so i say keep your hair, i find it sexy.

The advantage to shaving or trimming is it shows off your muscles and makes them look more trimmed and defined.

On the sexual side of things, the skin seems to be more sensitive without hair so some prefer sex hairless saying its much more pleasurable. On the aesthetics of sex, it makes your cock look bigger.

If you are going to get into modeling or anything like that, most are required to shave/trim chest, and then trim the arms and legs so you don't look like a monkey.

For those of you that mentioned previous posts addressing this issue, I'm farely new to the site so I didn't realize this was in previous discussions.

Plus, this was meant to be light and fun. No need to beat anyone:-)

Well I used to think the whole "shaved chest" thing was kind of odd, but now it really isn't an issue. I think its personal preference.
