Jay is a hilarious guy in general. He doens't ever seem to take many things seriously.. at least as far as I have come to know him (not personally though).

I don't recall what the name of the song is but it was his very first one and sadly never made it onto any of the albums he released. : Very beautiful but also rather sad.

He's a bit snarky in person but still fun to hangout with and has a good sense of humor. Grabbed waffles with him and some friends after a show in Tel Aviv.

I'd second that opinion. I think he's still living in NYC?

The second song was pretty good. But the first one is pretty lame, in my opinion. But good production quality on both videos.

Never heard of the guy, but I do like his voice and would like to see him get some attention.

    I like the second song.

The first one makes me a bit uncomfortable with all the housewife talk.

Highly recommend Jay Brannan. Many of his songs are in heavy rotation on my playlists.

If you're curious to try some more, check out:

    - String-A-Long Song (something we can all relate to)
    - Both Hands (his a capella Ani DiFranco cover)
    - Soda Shop (available on the highly recommended "Shortbus" soundtrack)
    - Half-Boyfriend
    - Can't Have It All
