Hypertrophy-Specific Training

    Okay,

    I have been reading about Hypertrophy-Specific Training at http://www.hypertrophy-specific.com/hst_index.html and it seems interesting and confusing all at the same time. I searched through forums and really couldn't get an idea if it worked or not from what people were saying.

    It seems to have a lot of scientific background behind it but science can be biased too.

    Anyone try it and get good results?
    Is it good for gaining? Cutting? Strength?

    I'm willing to give it try because I have been using the same workout for years and have really plateau. But only want to try it if there is a good possibility it works.

    It is a VERY good program.
    But I would do it for 3-4 weeks only..
