Leviticus 18:22...the REAL translation

  • Apr 01, 2010 2:39 AM GMT
Leviticus 18:22 is the most often quoted and misinterpreted passage in the entire Bible when it comes to the subject of homosexuality. I am here to tell you that it does NOT condemn gays. My new book, Leviticus Revealed, represents years of research on the subject, and my book proves without any doubt that the Bible does NOT condemn gays in this famous passage. In fact, this passage does not even say "Man shall not lie with man..." There is too much information to write it all out here, but if you are being troubled by religious fanatics who have misconstrued the message of the Bible and God's love for all of His creation, then read my book and help end the bigotry and ignorance. I have another book coming out this year, and it deals with Sodom and Gomorrah, as well as the New Testament passages that "seem" to condemn gays. I can assure you, nowhere in the entire Bible is there condemnation of gays, and I am quite familiar with all of the passages that have been misused to abuse gays.
If you Google the review that was just given my book by Out In Jersey magazine, you will find that I am telling you the truth. The book reviewer gave the book five stars and said that it really helped set him free from all the years he had been torturing himself with religious upbringing and his sexual orientation.
So, if you are dealing with the seeming anti-gay statement made in Leviticus 18:22, please order a copy of my book from Amazon dot com, www.leviticusrevealed.com , or any major bookstore such as Borders or Barnes and Noble. It is titled Leviticus Revealed by Brian Wayne Gray. And once you have read it, please help enlighten others so that we can work to bring an end to the bigotry and prejudice that misinterpretation of the Bible has generated for far too long.

Why not go to your friendly neighborhood gay bookstore to get a copy?
Many of these, especially in this economy, are struggling to survive.

Here's one we shop at, perhaps you can order it from them, too:

The most simple reason for why the Bible doesn't condemn homosexuality is because it had no concept of it. There was no such thing until the past century or so, which is to say that it was only recognized recently. The Bible wouldn't have accounted for something it didn't believe existed.
