I was kicked sparring a couple of weeks ago and it hurt for a few days around my lower right rib. I took it easy for a week and it seemed to go away. Than last night I went to class and we worked our lower backs and legs for side kicks and back kicks. I didn't have a "ouch" moment during the class but last night and all day today that area is killing me. I'm wondering if anyone else has ever hurt themselves in this way and what you did about it.

I'm torn between going to the chiropractor or just taking it easy for a few days. In all honesty, I hate to miss class, particularly sparring, but I also don't want to do any lasting damage.
