Do you really need supplements i.e. protein shakes, etc. when you work out?

As I only want to be toned, I just drink water and eat regular meals. Any further advice will be appreciated. x

That depends in part on what you mean by "regular meals." If your food is high in protein and moderate to low in fat and carbs, you are fine. Taco Bell and McDonald's are not food.

    dubai does that to you.
i don't cook and all organic stuff is expensive... what do you expect to grow in the desert, anyway? lol
my only cooking utensil is my celfone.
    no taco bell here.
seldom mcdonald's (they do not deliver)
it's all these chicken houses: KFC, Marrybrown (Malaysian brand) and Popeye's... and sometimes beef shawarma... YUMicon_razz.gif
hmmm... do they count as 'protein' foodsicon_question.gif
