Hey I just got a regular medical check up done recently and it showed my WBC count was slighltly lower than the given range. It was 3.6 while the accepted range is 4.5 to 10.

Are there some foods that i can eat to improve my immunity? Also are there some exercises that I can/must do to improve my immunity levels?

Presently my work schedule keeps me in from 7.30 am to 7.30 pm. Plus I stay alone so I dont cook often except on weekends.

Please do let me know if there are some suggestions!

    regards.

Your physician needs to determine why your white blood cell count (WBC) is low.
Sometimes it may just be a lab error. If it is not a lab error, then medical problems need ruled out. You can get a low WBC count when the bone marrow is not producing enough white cells (production defect) or if the body is destroying white blood cells at an abnormally fast rate. A hematologist is usually needed to figure out what is going on.

The WBC count is made up of neutrophils along with lymphocytes, basophils, and eosinophils. Usually there is no significant problems with the ability to fight serious bacterial infections until the absolute neutrophil count drops to 1000 cells.

Fucking eat. You're 130# at 6'. No wonder your body is a mess. Don't, don't, don't smoke. It ruins your immune system. Easy on the booze. Exercise. Make sure your androgen is adequate for proper immune function.

    Little side note:

When I'm at school or reading textbooks and come across "WBC," I always identify it as 'White blood cells."

When I'm on the internet and come across "WBC" I always (initially at least) identify it as "Westboro Baptist Church."

Food/Exercise to increase Westboro Baptist Church count!
