Really odd topic i must say, but i'm just curious what others think about this, I'm a masculine man always have been, hate men calling each other Girl! and Miss Thing! but i swear my voice never changed when i hit puberty, so now i'm stuck with my voice that really biugs me, have often thought about having testosterone to make it deeper but just don't know, so wondering if anyone else has this delima, and what your thoughts are

My voice is higher than I'd like it to be too.. for me, I've found that my voice *can* be lower than I've been using for years, so I work at re-training myself to use the deeper parts of my vocal range.

If you sing, how low can you go? If you can sing lower than you speak, chances are good you can re-train your speaking voice to be naturally lower, but it takes a while. I've brought my speaking voice down half an octave, and it only goes back up when I'm stressed, so I'm still working on changing that reaction.

Fortunately, no one calls me "ma'am" on the phone anymore. Before puberty, callers were always mistaking me for my mother.
