"21" equivalent for Triceps?

    Does anyone know of a "21" (the exercise for biceps) equivalent for Triceps?

    I have never heard of 21's for triceps in 16 years of training nor from any trainers/publications. Mass exercises are close grip bench press, extensions of some sort, dips. Add pressdowns for a finish. Hold and flex each contraction for a second before releasing. When doing close grip bench, "pull" the bar apart at the top and hold for a second. That did the trick for me.
