    Guys,

The forums here have been great, and I've emailed back and forth with a bunch of guys (you know who you are!) but I always feel kind of weird about what to talk about with someone who I've actually never met and don't have a history with.

Just wondering how you deal with that and how you keep electronic communication going.

I try to find common ground with most that I (try) to talk with. Usually open with a question about fitness (duh), what they like to do for fun, tattoo's (yea I love tats, I have 6 of my own afterall), or something else I see in a profile that catches my eye.

Sometimes I'll get a responce and can usually can have some good chats that way. More often then not I get ignored though lol.

Ah well, all you can do it try to open-up a dialouge and hope for the best. Sometimes you make a friend, sometimes you fall on your face heh.

    Well Matt.....

We've chatted and it all seems very natural. Your a nice guy, interesting. We don't seem to have to search for anything to talk about. I generally don't with people who message me or vice versa.

If you are really interested in talking to someone, make the effort and ask questions and be interested in hearing their comments. It just isn't a problem with me, but I like doing it.

I find it always a bit hard to get in contact and stay that way. I usually feel a bit stupid if I write someone after a longer time, makes me feel like I forgot about them. Altough I just couldn`t think about anything more to write about.

How much sense does it make anyway when the only one writing is always me? I mean, I normally never get a Message from older contacts asking how I have been or so. Well, maybe I am just not the type of Guy somebody remembers. icon_biggrin.gif
