    Are those bears gummi bears?

Sesame crunch candy is my failing. I don't dare keep it in the house.

BillyBee honey-roasted peanuts. ooooh gawd, even when everything else in my grocery basket is low-fat, low-sodium, sugar-free, green & leafy and skinless chicken breasts, if I'm out of my honey-roasted peanuts that just isn't acceptable. I moderate my consumption, normally will only have 1/3 or 2/3 of a cup a day, max, but once in a while I end up emptying half the can watching TV and then practically flogging myself at the gym afterwards. And those Danish butter cookies in the blue tin... I'll usually have 4-6 of those in a day with a tea (fully converted to Splenda in my tea though, where I used to take 4 sugar back in the days of my chubby alter-ego, so that alleviates many of the recriminations I'd have otherwise).

And deep fried icecream. Every Sunday night, unless I'm working, I go with friends for ice cream... usually with appetizer chips & salsa first, and sometimes preceeded by a taco beef medalla (basically a flatbread 'Mexican' pizza) if I'm hungry.

Other than those, though, I've gotten pretty good... really good, actually... at resisting temptation and not just mindlessly indulging whenever I see something yummy-but-bad-for-me.

Anything out of a bottle, scotch, bourbon, cognac, armagnac, wine, champagne, grappa, you name it. Sushi is another weakness. Graham crackers (though this is avoided because you cannot get them in Italy and I wouldn't keep them in the house even if I could).

    Mine is kettle-cooked potato chips.

Lately, I've been eating dark chocolate. I've never been a big fan of chocolate until recently. I only eat three little squares of it at a time, and it's not every day though, haha!

I don't cheat often, but, when I do...it's those chocolate chip cookies from Subway, or Soft Batch cookies.

    I can't eat just one.

My friend about fell over when got six of oatmeal and six of chocolate chips the other day.

    They are fucking YUMMY!

Sometimes, I go to the buffet and have pumpkin pie with gobs of non-dairy whipped topping. YUMM.

Guiltiest pleasures include: Mexican food - for example a place I know does a huge plate containing a burrito, enchalada and taco - all smothered.

Or - how about club sandwiches dipped in honey mustard & white wine sauce like a local place here does.

Oh man - I could go from 195 to say....295 if I half tried! LMAO
