Sweeet! I must admit I am a trekkie.

I wish not to start a flame war however I must say:

Star Trek Voyager, specifically, Janeway > All other Treks.

However TNG is a close Second. VERY close.

I go to bed and wake up one or two hour laters than the last day, EVERYDAY.

Rare sleep disorder called hypernicthemeral syndrome, or non 24h sleep wake syndrome.
Common with blind people, exteemly rare with non blind without brain turmor or schyzophrenia.

No treatement (melatonin and light theraphy don't work), no cure.

how odd is that ? ;-)

No sleep here either. 2:20 AM, California time. Too keyed up. Busy day yesterday and I'm up listening to music. Nobody to sleep with tonight as well. I hate sleeping alone! Got to rectify that soon!

    I agree COMPLETELY.!!!
I guess I'm a night owl. I get off work around 0400 and don't get to sleep until around 8. So I have strange hours for sure.

I work nights in the E.R. No, it's not healthy. There were some studies that got published last year addressing this very issue using nurses as test subjects. The results are basically this. Night shift people suffer more diseases, have more medical complications, and die sooner. Some of it is due to overeating because you whole bodies rhythm is screwed up, lack of exposure to proper amounts of sunlight, exercise, etc. You get the idea. I am currently looking for a day position.

    Possible bias:

Nurses are more likely to be exposed to germs than the average population.
