People look to porn to educate/experiment (e.g. "that looks fun, let's try it!") far more than a violent film (who thinks "oh yeah killing loads of people looks fun, let's try it!"), and thinking bareback porn isn't glamourising unsafe sex, which in turn promotes/encourages it, is burying your head in the sand.
Porn is not a lesson.
Bareback is the natural way of having sex for many couples who practice it safely. If you are used to BBing your partner, condom porn seems awkward and can be difficult to get into. So why should bareback not be portrayed in porn?
porn may not be intended as a lesson but I'm going to agree with gabe on this. Porn is influential, it can give unrealistic expectations about how sex is supposed to be. It may not make a difference to a married couple, but to an 16 year old teen with limited exposure to sexuality, they can look at bareback porn and decide that barebacking is the norm.
People may look at porn to get off and have fun, but some form those other ideas, like that condomns maybe aren't that important.
I also guarantee that the porn makers aren't going to include a quick guide to safer sex at the beginning of their film.
And also porn in my opinion is a mix of fantasy and realistic. Realistic on the fact that you have to be able to associate with it to make it a turn on so you'll buy it, but also fantasy based because the portrayal of sex they show isn't always realistic. Idk If that all made sense :-p
