I wanted to get food opinions on a couple of things..

    1) Yogarts: Do you all eat yogart? There are so many brands. I hear the
"Activia" commercials all the time. Some yogarts don't taste very good, but some are really pretty decent. What brands do you like. Also.. so much information and hype about "greek yogarts" with twice as much protein.
    Thoughts about that?

    2) Packaged meals: I will occasionally have a "Healthy choice" entree for lunch or other like processed meal. Full of sodium and not healthy. I've noticed the packaged meals in the organic section seem to be better, less sodium and still taste as good (in some cases, better).. but they cost more.
    Thoughts there?

I eat Mountain High yogurt. It's got active cultures and doesn't taste like snot.

As for prepackaged meals... Start brown-bagging your lunch!

They're way better for both your body and your wallet than going out and getting something unhealthy at a restaurant, but that's not saying much. Plan time into your day to get better food in you.

I eat soy yogurt every day. It's not as creamy as yogurt made with cow's or goat's milk, but it's cruelty free. See the flick Food, Inc., visit www.foodincmovie.com (nominated in 2010 for Best Documentary).
As for prepared foods, my philosophy is the less prepared the better, economically, ecologically (oh, the packaging), and health-wise.
    Happy eating!
