bigotry is alive and well folks. And based on his statement you would think that a white party would be right up his alley, allong with a cross burning or a Klan rally.

What's with the Frenchie hate? Plus, if we're talking about the freedom fries kind of French hate, French Canadians are pretty far removed from France, aren't they? I mean they've been in North America for a long time and their allegiance is technically to the British Crown, is it not? Besides, there are a lot of English speaking Montrealers from what I've heard. I'll find out this summericon_twisted.gif

Anyway, the party looks amazing. I can't wait to visit Montreal!! AGGH Im so pumped.

and now were getting all separatist. Montreal is the best city to party in this continent and number two in the entire world. Sorry but when did this thread become a political conversation?

Bal en Blanc was last sunday and I went with my friends, it was awesome just how the video shows and i was wondering if anybody else from here went.

I've come to accept the fact that I'm a bitter old fart, and think most bitter old farts in this forum have, too. I embrace my bitter old fart-dom. It's very much a part of who I am.

    Man, I miss JPRichva.

What I always found fascinating about Montreal was how well dressed most people are. Walking around downtown on a weekday in their business attire etc wow.. No cheap suits there. There a noticeable difference even if you don't know anything about clothing like me you can just see it. And the clothing the woman wear so much classier than I've ever seen in any other N.American city

A girlfriend of mine going through her midlife crisis was dying to go.
So i told her i'd take her. Hadn't been in years.

We had a great time, got there at 11pm , only waited 20 min at security and stayed till 6:30 am.

there was a bit of drama at 5am when sound just died suddenly ... those were 10 very long minutes ,lol.

I would have liked to see Ferry Corsten and Marcus Schulz but we ended up staying in the house room most of the time. LMFAO was great and i must admit i was cringing a bit at the thought of Guetta, but he offered a top rate performance.

And Godskitchen Boombox is simply amazing !!!

Bal en Blanc is acquiring a reputation of being now more of a straight party ( started off as a gay event ) but there were a heck of a lot of gays in there.

anyway, my friend was almost in shock .. she'd never been to any big party.
    teehee.
