I've had some good progress with creatine but there are some effects that I don't really like. I tend to feel bloated when taking creatine. I know that drinking lots of water makes it most effective but it makes me feel really fat. Is there anything else out there that's better than creatine? I would like to have the same result without the bloating feel. Thanks for any feedback.
