Is there something better than creatine?

    I've had some good progress with creatine but there are some effects that I don't really like. I tend to feel bloated when taking creatine. I know that drinking lots of water makes it most effective but it makes me feel really fat. Is there anything else out there that's better than creatine? I would like to have the same result without the bloating feel. Thanks for any feedback.

    Try CEE..... much less bloating

    CEE is creatine ethyl ester. You can try it, it's supposed to be easier to assimilate but I've never really had too much luck with it.

    Arginine along with quality protein RTDs are seeming to work well for me lately. GLPC is a newer carnitine product that seems to work pretty good to for recovery and endurance.

    As long as bloating is the only inconvenience you're having, try cutting the dose in half for a while and see how you feel. If the bloating is gone, then you can slowly increase and find what dose is best for your body.

    interesting stuff... I've been trying to find something too. ill have to look into CEE.
