Recently a runner here name Mike Arnstein won the Napa Valley international Marathon. He is a fruitarian. Fruitarians only eat raw food and nuts mainly. There are special things that go into becoming a fruitarian. Besides trolling for gay sex all the time lol. He is alittle info on Mike http://dean.runnersworld.com/2010/03/80-10-10.html#more-410

If your wondering about the fruitarian life style this should give you some clues.

I myself have been on a raw diet for lent. I might check this diet out and see how it works.

Check out the link for more info. I'd be considered about getting all of your essential nutrients. A multi-vitamin is probably a good idea.

There was a restaurant that opened up near my apartment in Montreal that only served raw or "living" things, like kombucha drinks. It seemed like a good concept, and the place was very popular, but whenever I went I ended up feeling like I'd spent way too much money to get diarrhea for the rest of the day.

I myself don't mind a wee nibble on Nobbys nuts.
