hey guys,. I need my real jock forum for this one. I'm so new to the tech world that i still use a CD Walkman when i do cardio at the gym. I just got my first 32g itouch and i cant stop playing with it. I'm in love and its my first ipod and i never really realized how i lived with out this thing. It was like the weekend i got my first fleshlight...just sayin.

my question is this.... what are the ultimate apps you have to have or really good gay apps? and any awesome apps that are a must have?
    thanks in advance

I like my FIT BUILDER, best workout buddy I've ever had. The Onion News is always fun. Reversi(board game like othello), mah jong, facebook, 28-in-one gamebox, lightsaber, amazon, moron test, jimmy the bartender, grindr, dogood, batterydoctor. That's all i have right now.

Sleep Cycle is am awesome alarm system.

Yelp is great to find restaurants, especially at night (they let you filter by what's open)

Grindr is kind of dumb. I deleted it in about a month. (Oh look! Another invitation to hook up by an ageless, faceless, blurry torso. No thanks.)

And of course PANDORA. I barely ever listen to anything of my own music anymore. (And in the new operating system coming out this summer, Pandora will be allowed to play in the background while you use other apps. Awesome icon_smile.gif )

Does Sleep Cycle work if there are two people in the same bed?

I agree - Pandora is great. Grindr is kind of fun - just to check out who else is around.

I have like 3 or 4 and I don't even use those icon_razz.gif I have Wikipanion (neeever use it), a level app (I need to hang paintings so in theory it's useful to me..in theory) Pandora (never use it)...I think that's it....I pretty much use my iTouch for music, email and occasional web browsing...oh and surprisingly get some good mileage out of the calculator, of all basic things o-O...

Also fleshlights are indeed awesome icon_biggrin.gif

I've got way too many apps... but I also have quite a few for writing music or doing multi-effects processing of live audio - but hey - i write, produce, and perform electronic music!

So here (to me) are some of my cooler apps - loosely organizized:

    Music Tools/Toyz
    - Bebot - coolest Singing Robot - EVER!
    - SoundMatrix - super simple fun. Instant Kraftwerk!!
    - TweakyBeat - amazing sounding drum machine!
    - SynthPond - extremely cool/unique ambient music maker
    - BeatMaker - full studio ala Akai MPC style
    - RjDj - coolest open-source portable effects processor... EVER!
    - BtBx - x0x style sequencer
    - Jasuto - full scale modular interactive synthesizer... unreal and incredibly powerful. You'd best know your envelope generators from you ring-modulators... or you'll be utterly lost. For advanced synth programmers.
    - TechnoBox: frighteningly accurate 808, 909, 303(!) emulator in your palm. Simply unbelievable if you've played the real things.

    General Interest
    - WhiteNoise - EXCELLENT ambient background generator to relax or sleep to. I use this for zzzzZZZZ. It helps me.
    - iFitness - *best* exercise routine/fitness tracker I've found. Stunningly well designed. They keep adding more and more cool features!
    - Flixster - useful movie app - integrated w/Facebook
    - SketchBook - Great multi-layer drawing/sketching software
    - Dictionary
    - Remote: to control your/friend's iTunes library's. ;)
    - GlowColoring... 'cause I like things that glow. ;)

    Games
    - Minigore... LOL!!
    - Rolando 2 - cool tilt-based puzzler. GREAT design!
    - Wildwest, The Deep, JungleStyle: realistic physics-based pinball sims that feature nice tables and excellent 3D graphics... including true(!) 3D tables if you have the red/blue glasses!! Wicked.
    - Soosiz - another excellent platform based physics game... reminds me a bit of Mario Galaxy in 2D
    - Edge - coolest game I think I've played on this device... w/GREAT soundtrack and gorgeous art-direction/design.
    - Wurdle - cool word-finder game.
    - Words With Friends - excellent mutli-player scrabble game. Addictive as hell.
