My schedule is pretty tight right now in school, and I'm thinking of working out in the morning rather than at night. However, I have a few doubts. I remember people saying it does not matter what time of the day you work out, but I feel like I would be too tired and hungry to work out in the morning. I mean after getting like 8 or so hours of sleep, I feel like my body would need some food for fuel. Therefore, I keep thinking that I could not perform my best at the gym in the morning. Any thoughts?
