I'm trying of looking terrible and feeling terrible as a result.
How many reps have worked for you for size gains... I don't care about strength so much. All bodybuilding information out their is highly contradictory, so I'm at a loss.

Your brief routine? For one day? Breaks? Time spent?

since ive began working out . i havent really lost much weight in 2 months i lost 10 lbs but i went down a size in everything. shoes, shirt, pants. even the fat in my hands is going away. first you have to find you max weight on each machine for the part of the body you want to work out.
this is my work out (in a way) i dont know how else to show it.

before each workout and after i do atleast 30min cardio

each work out do 3 sets.
first set do 10 reps 10 lbs under your max
2nd set of 7reps do your max weight
3rd set of 3reps but try to do 5reps. 10lbs over your max

    hope it helps you
