I have researched kettle bell excercises and have only come up with one squat excercise. I do not want to just try things because I do not want to get injured but I have heard kettle bells can help add to my workouts and conditioning for triathlon. Any recommendations or other sites to check out would be appreciated.
    Thx

You must be talking about the goblet squat....Kettlebells are primarily used for ballistic movements engaging mainly the posterior chain muscles (glutes, hamstrings, back). swings, snatches, and clean and presses are good to start out with.

Kettlebell movements also require ALOT of form and coordination, so simply reading about how to do an exercise might not be enough to master the movement(s). Talk to an RKC or HKC instructor...if you don't have access to one, you can also try searching on youtube: turkish getup, goblet squat, kettlebell swing, kettlebell snatch

youtube has some great tutorials on kettlebell movements, but I would still get a second opinion from a professional to avoid injury if I were you.

    hope this helps!
