For those that have a personal trainer how did you decide that he/she was a fit for your needs mentally and physically? I recently purchased several personal training sessions at my gym and w/ so many trainers I'm not sure how to narrow anyone person dwn.

I have the unfair advantage of being a photographer, so I work with lots of trainers who also model. I pick up tips and advice from each one as we chat during the shoots, so I'm not stuck with only one person's ideas.

If I did have to choose just one trainer, I'd choose one who's receptive to new ideas and stays on top of his research. Being personable and having a kickass sense of humor are good traits, too. Hot/fit body is a must...he's gotta live what he teaches.
