I don' t know if it is just me but I love the sound of big trucks like the Dodge Ram, Chevy Silverado, Ford F-150 and so on. Tell me what your thoughts are on this and if it turns you on or not.
I also love the sound of a Subaru being pushed hard.

I prefer the sound of dirt bikes and small stunt planes.
But then again, the plane I usually fly has a O 6 (Lycoming O-540, 6 cylinder), and is loud as fuck. It used to almost give me a boner every time I took off.

I know the Lycoming very well. My ex-BF is a pilot, and I taught Army ROTC pilots.

I also know dirt bikes, have owned some, as did my first wife and her cousins, who held US national trophies. You may have heard about the Smiths, some 30 years or more ago.

You are in Hollywood, where my sister lives, and very close to us. Do you still fly?

Yes! I had a 2010 Cadillac CTS-V on a dyno and the sound was amazing. The supercharged LS9 V-8 is a beautiful beautiful thing icon_biggrin.gif

By far, my favorite engine sound is an air-cooled, flat six Porsche engine with Weber carbs and a free-flow stainless steel exhaust.

My first car was a 72 chevy nova. Out of all your trucks, and 2010's.. THAT is the true sound of classic v8 power. And yeah.. insta-boner.

I loev tomatoe juice, but it doesn't exactly turn me on no. Am I doing something wrong with it? Should I be bathing in it, or putting something other than gin in my bloody marys?

You put vodka in a Bloody Mary, not gin. And I sometimes use V-8 instead of tomato juice in a Bloody Mary, but then I happen to like V-8 juice.

Extra points to anyone who knows the origin of the name Bloody Mary, without doing a Google search.

wayyyy back in the dim 1960's, my mother had loud mufflers on her ford country sedan station wagon, equipped with the 390 "thunderbird special" engine. icon_cool.gif
