It seems alot of us turn to the forums when we have questions or need advice on personal issues or on relationship issues when things are going wrong.

Instead of concentrating on whats wrong in relationships and reading about them on here, I thought it would be nice to hear from couples that are happy together and let them explain what they do to stay happy together.

My relationship for example is a long distance relationship. We have been together for 5 years. Believe me by reading some of my posts you know we have had our problems. One thing keeps us coming back together though....love and understanding.

He is the most giving person I have ever met. He never ceases to amaze me how even after 5 years he tells me every day how much he loves me and can't live without me. He loves to give gifts and works hard and is responsible.

He is great with the kids and always works hard to make me and "us" happy. And I in turn try to do the same for him. The other day I wrote on a piece of paper "I love You". and mailed it to him in the mail....for no reason.

Both of us love doing things like this for one another. And of course it doesn't hurt that he has the most luscious lips and ass I have ever seen...lmao!!!!

I have two FWB's: one of ~2.5 years, one of ~6 years.
The secret to staying together that long is not living together. The sex actually gets better with time when you're not with each other 24/7. icon_wink.gif

..and for you, sweet Paul, that's good truth, for us it isn't. The more we're around each other the more stimulated we can get, or not, depending on what's happening in our lives.

We court each other, go on dates where we flirt shamelessly with each other and on occasion behave as if we don't know each other and then cruise and pick each other up. Tawdry fun. icon_wink.gif
