So I picked up the Fat Smash Diet book and I'm checkin it out, it's definitely extreme. I was wondering if anyone on here has tried it yet.

I havn't tried to lose weightin about 3 years since I last did it. I was seeing a doctor here, it was a low carb/cal/fat diet and I was doing really well. However I'm not the kind of person who can half-ass something. I was eating everything I was supposed to and only taking in 900-1200 calories a day as well as working out 6 days a week for at least an hour.

Long story short after I lost about 40lbs in a bit over a month I ended up collapsing at work from exhaustion and ended up in an ambulance on the way to the hospital. This kinda freaked me out and I've had a really hard time dieting since.

Guess I'm just wondering if anyone has any suggestions.
