increasing grip strength

    mmmkay, so, guys, tell me, what are some good effective ways to increase your grip strength, I been away from doing some real proper workouts and my grip strength has suffered the most, especially with deadlifts.. I don't use hooks or straps and I never have, although I might get a set of straps for when my grip really starts to fail, but I'd prefer without.

    The Gripmaster is kinda mehh. I bought the "heavy duty" version. But the springs weren't that heavy duty. They got soft over time. The Dynaflex is awesome though. And bar hangs are great. Just hang on a pull-up bar until your forearms feel like they're on fire. icon_lol.gif
