I always put my left shoes on first. My left leg first into my suit. My left sock on first.

Which is a little strange as my right leg is my dominant one...

I also make sure the TV volume is on an even number.

I have to put music on while I'm getting ready. Usually something high-energy to get me started on the right foot! The only problem is it takes me longer to get ready because I end up dancing and singing along instead of picking out an outfit to wear icon_razz.gif

I get woken up by phone alarm, turn it off and sleep for another hour then onto the laptop for an hour or two (Facebook, RJ, YouTube, Fmylife, Sickipedia, DListed, Fashionologie and Lamebook), have breakfast, back on the net and workout. Then depending on the day, after wards:

    Monday - Wednesday
Cook lunch and dinner, shower and get ready for work.

    Thursday - Friday
Shower, go to studio and design/sew, dance class (90's Hip Hop, Dancehall and/or Intermediate Choreography)

    Saturday
Yoga/Gym, visit or work in the markets, design and/or sew

    Sunday
Whatever (usually catching up on sewing)

I am not a morning person. So just the fact that I have woken up is enough to break into a chorus, lol.

Sounds like you are trying to over compensate for neglecting your left side. You should talk to the right to see where it stands and maybe the head can mediate between the left and right legs. LOL

No, I think it is more due to having order - I start from one side and work to the other.

If anything my right side gets less attention as I am left handed, but have a dominant right leg.

But that is probably because I need to have symmetry.

Nothing unusual. I often work afternoons into evenings. But I've finally learned the value of breakfast - with or without coffee (wow - that only took... 40 years!)

So usually have a very light breakfast or just some nuts (hey... no laughing) - try not to wake my computer and read RJ ('cause it's a time zapper!), push myself to jog to the gym, come back, eat a more proper breakfast with coffee and a protein shake, then off to work. See... I'm a good boy now. icon_biggrin.gif

PAJohn saidCoffee, cigarette, second cup of coffee, second cigarette, jerk-off, shower, go to work.
Those last three words should be stricken from all dictionaries.

Give me absolute quiet and as much darkness as possible, until I'm fully awake, an hour or two later.

Scratching my ass, farting, shower, pick acceptable underwear and get in my car and turn my stereo up to 21. Always on 21.

I don't know where people find time to do so much in the morning and make it to work by 8:30/9. My bed is sooo comfortable I have trouble getting up in the mornings. I usually just let the dog out, make a sandwich, shower, and go to work. I envy those of you who get up and go to the gym. I guess I'm more of a night owl.

whole grain oats, or an egg and english muffin, and 1 cup of coffee, in bed with my laptop reading blogs, news and what happened while I was asleep.

and then shower dress and leave for work. Same every day.

Coffee is the only ritual I need to feel right about the day. I don't watch TV or listen to music, really, just slowly drink a few cups of coffee and rock back and forth, trying to steel myself for the day.

Lately I've been forcing myself to make my bed when I get up, so that it becomes rote.
