Wow...that's a really good routine. Hopefully one day I can get through all 8 w/o feeling like a freight train ran over me. icon_biggrin.gif

Don't forget.... your diet is very important to helping your ABS "pop"

Just doing these exersizes aren't enough.

3 liters of water a day, 500-1000mg of Vitamin C, low carb diet.

I like this, I think it will help me remotive to start working harder on my abs.... or Aye Bee Ess's as the voice over calls them... LOL!!

I was told from the first training that I ever received that you can have the strongest ab muscles of any guy around, but noone is ever going to see them if they are covered in fat; no matter how thin the layer of fat is. I have found this so true. I know that my abs are strong. Its getting off that last bit of fat with good diet that sometimes is so hard! I think it gets harder as you get older too....

Okay, so as I said I would try it...and I did. It was really hard, I was surprised.

I actually feel sore, which is a great feeling considering my abs never really feel that.

It was fast and harsh and a few times I had to stop for fear of puking, but all in all definitely going to stick with this.

I'm glad you guys like it! I thought the one-two and the drum beat was great for keeping up the pace. Not an easy routine, but I want Abs like everyone else here has, and if this (and my much improved diet) doesn't work, nothing will. I wonder how many guys nursing sore Abs there are gonna be tomorrow (Including me)? Hehehe! Keep up the good work guys! icon_biggrin.gif

I actually was able to get through most of it with a few exceptions. The very last one where you have to lift your legs at the same time as your abs and lower them both simultaneously is still a challenge. But I like this routine.

There are lots of good under 10 minute ab workouts. It's that 23 hour and 50 minute diet monitoring afterwards that gets me...
