So I posted up a topic about carb cycling, now I recently heard about calorie cycling. Never heard of it before, but I'm guessing it's the same idea. So what is calorie cycling, and what do you guys think of it?
Probably nothing new and something the media thinks will catch your attention. You can still lose weight at the end of the week if you eat less calories than you take in even if you had more than your average one day and less than your average on the other days. If you don't actually count your calories, the concept is pointless though right?
