I finally Did it

    I weighed myself today, scale read 192 lbs. This time last year i was 156, maybe 158 on a good day.

    Congrats...How tall are you? That's a lot of weight gained in only a year...At 6'2" I can't imagine being that heavy but I'm sure you wear it well...

    It still amazes me that some people can battle with weight loss while other battle with weight GAIN...

    I'm 6'1. My secret? I think the only thing i do different that most people don't is constant gain in lifting weight. After i do my normal 2 sets i raise the weight with half the reps until i can no longer lift anymore. Once i get past a certain level i raise my base weight for the next time i lift.
