    KALE mixed with mango!

    A whole bussell of Kale. And simply one Mango! seperate stems from the Kate, Cut mango accordingly! Place both into a good blender along with plenty o water! chug that ish! wait an hour, and you will be able through that cardio.

    This drink has been doing more for me than a red bull, jacked 3d...whatever. its seriously astonishing me so i just had to post! Tehehe!

    really? I'm a firm believer in the benefits of Kale... never thought of it in this way... I will try it!

    it's killer. i use a vitamix...which really does a good job making the kale and mango into a liquid. it makes about three glasses but i drink it all. also its cool cause lets face it..supplements are fine but you dont know what they might do. nothing but good can come from drinking kale. even if im using caffeine, i can push myself to really kill it during cardio...but i dont feel that strain at all using this drink. same with the other supplements.

    and im a smoker...and with this drink i have better endurance honestly than i have when i never smoked...and when i ran 4-5 times a week. i heart kale. kale is sexy.

    Juicing it, either with a juicer or straining the blended mixture, will have a better effect and in a shorter amount of time....about 15 min.

    I juice greens (cucumber, kale, dandelion greens, spinach, chlorella and spirulina) before working out. It's intense.
