So I finally hit 200lbs only to get really sick for a couple weeks and lose over 10lbs in the process. Now I find my endurance at the gym is shot and I'm struggling to regain the lost motivation. Any advice guys?

First piece of advice: Don't push it too hard or try to force yourself back to where you were.

If you kept up with your progresses on paper, go back to a point you can do comfortably and work your way back up. Otherwise, just go with what you can do and refer to the first advice. It all comes back - just takes time.

Being weak for a few days or weeks after being sick is normal. But it all depends what you had. Your strength will come back, give it time. It is so frustrating waiting though!

Paulflexes is right on: don't push it! You can drive yourself even further behind by rushing back into training. As athletes we're ambitious, a post-illness injury is as common as over-training.

Start easy and let the body get back into it. Think of the next week or two as recovery workouts. In actuality, you'll recover your ground fairly quickly, and if you listen to your body, you'll know when you get there.

Try monitoring yourself: morning heart rates, taken over a long period, are a great way to know how and when to push: a rate more than 5 beats per minute about normal usually indicates a need for rest. I used to make heart rate recording a requirement for athletes I coached, and I believe we avoided a lot of injury and illness by doing so.

Good luck with your recovery! You'll be back to normal soon.

...and if your motivation is down, you could still be ill. Take your time and surf porn websites featuring hot muscular guys. As your body recovers, you'll be so hot and horny that you'll be back in the gym in no time.
