Should there be a rule, all members should have a default pic?

A search on my local area had only 20% with pics, I mean who
has time to trawl through endless faceless + unfilled out profiles?

Im not talking faces (I understand the need 4 discretion 4 some)
    but even a bodyshot / a still from a fav film / a doodle / whatever,
just something to give a quick handle on the person. Could be
some interesting ppl out there lost behind anonymity...

    ?

Yes, I agree. I don't see why not.

When I was still lurking the forums, getting a feel for them before posting, I ran across a thread that suggested only Verified members should be allowed to post in the forums.

Now that I've been in here a while, I halfheartedly agree. But I wholeheartedly agree that everyone should have at least one profile pic...of themselves (face and recognizable body markings optional).

works for me! even a neck-on-down pic, if you are too uptight to show a face pic here.

This is the only forum I go to where it's expected that you will have a picture of yourself as your avatar. I don't get it.

Not everybody who joins a web site is looking for somebody.
